What Seems to be the Problem?

Broken Teeth

A broken tooth can range from a small chip--to the entire tooth breaking off. If it is not causing discomfort or sensitivity, a tooth with a relatively small broken piece can be evaluated at your next regular visit to our office.

A tooth with a somewhat larger broken piece, that is unsightly or is sensitive to air or cold liquids, can be covered with cotton or sugarless chewing gum, and should be seen by our office as soon as possible.

Teeth that are significantly broken, loose, bleeding, or causing pain or discomfort should be seen in our office immediately.
